Reservation of critical infrastructure employees: Fedorov pointed out important changes.

The Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov announced a new initiative under which heads of critical enterprises can submit lists for reservation without waiting 72 hours. This opportunity will be available from January 22 to March 1, 2025.

Reservation remains valid until February 28, 2025, however, it can be canceled and a new one issued without interruption. Critical enterprises must submit a package of documents confirming their compliance with the criteria to the relevant state body (Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Digital Transformation, and others) by February 28.

How to submit employees for reservation:

• On the 'Diia' portal, go to the citizen's cabinet and select 'Submit a statement';
• Enter the data of the candidates for reservation;
• Confirm that the employee's salary is over 20,000 UAH;
• Check the application and sign it.

Let us remind you that on February 28, all conscripts will lose their reservation. If the enterprise loses its critical status or does not meet its criteria, then the reserved employees of this enterprise also lose their reservation.

By the way, the reservation from mobilization has been restored on the 'Diia' portal, but after submitting the application, you have to wait 72 hours.
