- 100 g; - olive oil - 2 tbsp; - pork - 200 g; - beef - 200 g; - salt, pepper to taste; - tomato paste - 2 tbsp; - dry red wine - 200 ml; - vegetable broth - 200 ml; - boiled eggs - 2 pieces; - shallots - 3 pieces; - carrot - 1 piece; - celery stalk - 1 piece; - bay leaf - 1 piece; - ground black pepper - 1 tsp; - spaghetti - 500 g; - Parmesan - for garnish.
Cooking method:
- Peel and dice the shallots, carrot and celery into small cubes.
- Mash the garlic, chop it finely and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
- Add chopped shallots, carrots and celery and cook until soft.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Add pork and beef and fry until golden brown, stirring.
- Heat olive oil in another skillet and fry the sun-dried tomatoes over medium heat.
- Add fried onions, carrots and celery to the meat in a large skillet and add bay leaf and ground pepper.
- Add tomato paste and simmer for 2 minutes, then add wine and simmer until evaporated.
- Reduce heat and add broth. Cook over low heat for 2 hours.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.
- Add spaghetti to the sauce and stir to evenly coat.
- Serve with Parmesan shavings and a boiled egg on top.
