- 100 g; - olive oil - 2 tbsp; - pork - 200 g; - beef - 200 g; - salt, pepper to taste; - tomato paste - 2 tbsp; - dry red wine - 200 ml; - vegetable broth - 200 ml; - boiled eggs - 2 pieces; - shallots - 3 pieces; - carrot - 1 piece; - celery stalk - 1 piece; - bay leaf - 1 piece; - ground black pepper - 1 tsp; - spaghetti - 500 g; - Parmesan - for garnish.

Cooking method:

  1. Peel and dice the shallots, carrot and celery into small cubes.
  2. Mash the garlic, chop it finely and fry in olive oil until golden brown.
  3. Add chopped shallots, carrots and celery and cook until soft.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  5. Add pork and beef and fry until golden brown, stirring.
  6. Heat olive oil in another skillet and fry the sun-dried tomatoes over medium heat.
  7. Add fried onions, carrots and celery to the meat in a large skillet and add bay leaf and ground pepper.
  8. Add tomato paste and simmer for 2 minutes, then add wine and simmer until evaporated.
  9. Reduce heat and add broth. Cook over low heat for 2 hours.
  10. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions.
  11. Add spaghetti to the sauce and stir to evenly coat.
  12. Serve with Parmesan shavings and a boiled egg on top.
