- Infrastructure projects - 22.3 billion UAH, of which 13.7 billion will go to public investments;
- Maintenance of public highways - 12.8 billion UAH;
- Comprehensive restoration of populated areas - 10 billion UAH;
- Development and restoration of regions - 8.2 billion UAH;
- Compensation for the difference in heating tariffs - 15.2 billion UAH;
- Restoration of housing - 6.9 billion UAH;
- Energy-efficient restoration - 2.8 billion UAH.
In a large war, under conditions of closed airports and limited operation of sea ports, roads are our stable logistics, including military. (...) We cannot allow them to become a weak link in our defense and economy.
Additionally, it is planned to attract additional funds for energy efficiency from the European Commission and the German Government. Funding is also provided for the Fund for the Elimination of Consequences of Armed Aggression from seized Russian assets and sanctions for the restoration of critical networks and compensation for destroyed housing.
Thus, the State Budget for the development of communities in the coming year envisages significant investments in infrastructure, transport networks, housing, and energy efficiency. This will help improve living conditions for citizens, strengthen defense capability, and promote the development of the country's economy.
Therefore, the planned financing opens up new opportunities for the development and restoration of Ukrainian regions. Investments in infrastructure will not only support economic growth but will also provide reliable logistics routes during military and crisis situations.
