According to The Sun: A business jet carrying a high-ranking army official crashed. Videos captured a flash of light in the sky at the moment contact with the plane was lost.
Turkish officials confirmed that the Libyan Army Chief of Staff Mohammed Ali Ahmed Al-Haddad was on board the plane. The aircraft crashed shortly after takeoff from Ankara.
