Ukrainian arm wrestlers won 5 medals at the World Championship: details of success.
According to inkorr.com: The 46th World Armwrestling Championship took place in the Bulgarian city of Albena, featuring over 1700 athletes. Representatives of our country earned 5 awards. In particular, Oleg Zhok became the champion in the under 90 kg category with his left hand. Artem Popov and Sofia Onopriyenko received bronze medals in different categories - respectively with their left and right hands, and Andriy Dendeberya also achieved bronze in the under 55 kg category with his right hand.
Successes at the European Youth Olympic Festival
Our athletes impressed with their results at the European Youth Olympic Festival, where they won 23 medals! This marked the second most successful participation by our team in the history of the festivals, confirming their true spirit and perseverance in competitions.
These achievements not only reflect the high level of training among Ukrainian athletes, but also highlight the importance of supporting sports initiatives in the country. Successes on international stages inspire youth to engage in sports and reach new heights in other sports as well.
