Chelsea accused of mistreatment of Sterling: What FIFA says about it.
Concerns about the treatment of Raheem Sterling
According to The Sun: The Chelsea club received a warning regarding possible 'abuse' towards Raheem Sterling and other players which may constitute 'abusive behavior' under FIFA rules.
The CEO of the Professional Footballers' Association (PFA), Makhéta Molango, personally reached out to the club and expressed concerns regarding the working conditions of Sterling and other footballers.

Isolation of the 'Bomb Squad'
Sterling became a member of a group of players who were excluded from the main team under the guidance of Enzo Maresca this summer.
Reports from SunSport indicate they had to train, eat, and even visit the toilets separately.
Axel Disasi shared a photo from their temporary changing room on Instagram with the comment: 'Don't give up.'
Disasi and Sterling are the only representatives of the 'Bomb Squad' after others like Carney Chukwuemeka, Ben Chilwell, and David Datro Fofana left the club.
This week, Sterling posted a photo from Chelsea's headquarters in Surrey and trained alone after 8 PM in the autumn chill.
Molango also emphasized that FIFA could hold clubs accountable for 'abusive behavior' if they isolate players or force them to train alone.
'A contract can be terminated by either party without consequence (neither compensation payments nor sporting penalties) if there is an objective reason.'
Even if Losi and Disasi choose to protest, it will not protect them from economic consequences.

Next steps
Sterling and Disasi will continue to have access to coaching and opportunities at Chelsea's training ground in Cobham as all parties try to find a compromise during the winter transfer window.
Disasi has already rejected offers from West Ham and Sunderland at the end of the summer.
There are still rumors of interest from Bayern, Napoli, Crystal Palace, and Fulham in Sterling, but no contracts have been finalized so far.
The four-time Premier League winner has made it clear that he does not intend to move to the Saudi League or MLS and wants to stay in the vicinity of London.
Thus, Chelsea's treatment of Sterling and Disasi will be closely monitored in the coming months.
The situation surrounding Raheem Sterling and his teammates raises concerns in the football community and highlights the importance of supporting players in difficult times. In the coming months, we might observe how this affects their careers and the club's strategy.
