In August 2025, residents of Odessa will no longer have to overpay for municipal services. Journalists have noted that rates will remain at the current level.
The price of electricity will remain unchanged at 4.32 UAH per kilowatt hour. For two-zone meters, the night rate is 2.16 UAH per kWh. The rate for lighting for businesses is 686.23 UAH per kWh.
The water prices for the population will also remain stable: the cost of central water supply is 14.93 UAH per 1 m³, and central sewage is 14.37 UAH per 1 m³. Rates for businesses will remain unchanged.
The rate for maintenance of buildings and territories will range from 3 to 5 UAH per square meter. Private management companies will issue bills starting from 5 UAH per square meter.
Waste collection rates will remain unchanged and depend on the area and the selected company.
For residents of Odessa, the price for natural gas will remain at 7.96 UAH per cubic meter, but for businesses, the rate will increase by 305% to 501.97 UAH for 1000 cubic meters.
In public transport, the price for a ride will vary depending on the type of transport and user category.
Regarding mobile communications, operators offer different tariff plans with various conditions.Residents of Odessa are promised stable rates for municipal services in August 2025, which will help prevent an increase in expenses for daily needs.
