reported by the Zaporizhzhia City Council.
The price of the digital card is 60 hryvnias, and its processing takes just a few minutes. This service is available for buses, trolleybuses, and trams operating within the city transport system. The electronic ticket is activated after payment and is valid for 75 minutes, allowing for transfers without additional costs.

scan the QR codein the transport cabin using the smartphone camera or scanner in the app. Then, select the required card and confirm the payment. The ticket becomes valid from the moment of purchase, so the passenger can easily transfer to other routes within the allocated time.

Users who already have a physical card can digitize it — add it to the app and use the smartphone instead of the plastic card. The balance can be topped up without a fee via the app, website, or at most EasyPay terminals in the city.
