Digitalization of Construction Services in Ukraine
According to inkorr.com: Since 2020, digital solutions for 14 construction services have been introduced in Ukraine, including ordering a construction passport, notifying about the start of construction, and obtaining an operational permit. This was reported by the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development.
Economic Impact
Research by Civitta shows that Ukrainians use construction services through the Diia platform more than 55,000 times a year, which generates an economic effect of UAH 3.3 billion annually. As a result, over UAH 3.2 billion has been saved, which was previously spent on bribes and intermediary services.
Main results of digitalization: costs for obtaining services have been reduced by 5 times; UAH 13.7 billion saved over 5 years; by 2035, digitalization will add +0.8% to Ukraine's GDP.
Status of the Electronic System
The unified state electronic system in construction has 7.5 million registered documents. Currently, about 140,000 users, including architects, engineering designers, and staff of architectural and construction supervision authorities, actively use this system.
