Prices for Dairy Products - What Positively Affects Their Cost.
Milk in Ukraine rarely becomes cheaper, and the prices for dairy products in general are falling. Is this possible? It seems so - put aside the disappointment that the price of products will only rise. However, it appears that in July 2025, Ukrainians may have hopes for a peak decline in prices for milk and dairy products.
Milk Prices - What Will Change in July
And this is well explained by Ilya Neskhodovsky, how a small decline in milk prices becomes possible: 'We see the process of milk product cheaper. The rainy and cool summer allows cows to graze freely on the meadows, which are not scorched by the sun. Thus, the feed costs are lower, which leads to a decrease in the final product price - milk and dairy products'.
What Else to Know
As for bread and flour products - here, prices are unlikely to jump. Pavlo Koval stated that a smaller wheat harvest will not have a decisive impact on prices, as other factors can influence them. Nevertheless, it will be interesting to see which products will become cheaper again next time.
