Grain prices in Ukraine are sharply falling: how much have wheat and corn decreased in price.
The grain market in Ukraine is undergoing a harvest collection process, which leads to constant changes in procurement prices for both grain and oilseeds. If the harvest turns out to be large, prices may face pressure from inventories and decrease.

According to the Electronic Grain Exchange, as of Tuesday, the weighted average procurement prices for grain are:
- wheat of 2nd class: 10,606 UAH per ton (CPT) and 9,792 UAH per ton (EXW);
- corn: 9,184 UAH (CPT) and over 11,000 UAH (EXW);
- barley: 9,210 UAH (CPT) and 9,825 UAH (EXW).
Procurement prices for sunflower are 25,075 UAH per ton (EXW), while the price for 1st class non-GMO rapeseed is 23,208 UAH per ton.
What else to know
Exports of Ukrainian agricultural products abroad decreased by 9% in the first half of 2025, but the largest sales volumes still go to almost all regions of the world. It is forecasted that this year Ukraine may have a smaller wheat harvest, which could affect the market.
The Ukrainian grain market remains unstable: the harvest collection process affects prices and export volumes. Europe, Asia, and Africa are expected to continue being key partners for Ukraine in the sale of agricultural products.
