Official of TCK in Poltava region fined for a bribe of 1500 dollars: case details.
The Poltava region Khorol district court has issued a verdict in the case of a TCK official. The court found the official guilty of abuse of office, in particular for receiving a bribe.

Case Details
According to the investigation materials, the accused received 1500 US dollars for influencing the decision of the head of one of the TCKs in the Poltava region regarding military registration and the possible granting of a deferment from mobilization.
The investigative actions were conducted by the Lubny police. During the searches, 1500 US dollars were seized, identified as a bribe. During the investigation, the accused was suspended from performing official duties.
Court Ruling
The court imposed a fine of 68 thousand hryvnias on the official. The seized documents remain as evidence in the criminal proceedings.
Earlier, it was reported that in the Ternopil region, a man with a disability was fined for failing to appear at TCK. However, the man managed to appeal the TCK ruling in court.
