According to UATV: The leadership of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet intends to move its command units from Sevastopol to Novorossiysk. This decision follows strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on military infrastructure in Crimea, according to the partisan group 'Atesh.' The group notes that maintaining headquarters on the peninsula has become too risky.

Some Russian naval officers have already begun relocating their families and belongings to Novorossiysk, underscoring the seriousness of the situation. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has also addressed this development, reaffirming the continued use of long-range sanctions against Russian military targets.

'Ukrainian warriors also achieved objectives in Russia’s Tula region,' he emphasized.
