According to The Sun: David Beckham is reportedly ready to sign a contract with a former Manchester United star to replace Jordi Alba.
The Barcelona legend plans to end his career alongside Sergio Busquets at the end of the MLS season.

The former Manchester star is close to signing a deal with Sergio Reguilon, who became a free agent after leaving Tottenham last season.
In the 2023/2024 season, he was on loan at Old Trafford, where he appeared on the pitch only nine times in the league.
According to Daily Mail, the defender has agreed to the transfer, and the signing of a two-year contract is expected to be announced soon.

Media reports that Beckham and Inter Miami continue to seek opportunities to sign new stars from Europe.
The club is currently participating in the playoffs at the end of the season.

Meanwhile, Jordi Alba announced his decision to retire on social media.

He will end his career as one of the most decorated players, winning six La Liga titles, five Copa del Rey titles, and the Champions League in 2014, as well as the Club World Cup in 2015.
Alba was also part of the Spain team that won Euro 2012 and the Nations League title in 2023. After moving across the Atlantic, he won the Golden Boy award and the League Cup.
