SFS exceeded the tax collection plan by UAH 71 billion: how this will affect the budget.

According to inkorr.com: The State Tax Service of Ukraine reported successful exceeding of the revenue plan by UAH 71 billion in eight months. This is 108.9% of the planned indicator for this period, and in August it reached 100.1%.

'Together with every taxpayer, we are overcoming serious challenges. From January to August, UAH 868.3 billion was received in the general fund of the state budget. Compared to the same period last year, this is almost +UAH 173 billion (+24.9 %)', emphasized acting Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine Lesya Karnauh.

She also noted that planned indicators were raised according to changes in the state budget. Despite this, in August, the SFS managed to exceed the plans, collecting UAH 131.8 billion.

Tax Collection Revenue in August

In August, the following results of tax and fee collection controlled by the SFS were achieved:

• Personal Income Tax – UAH 30.7 billion
• Corporate Profit Tax – UAH 51.1 billion
• Value Added Tax – UAH 38.0 billion
• Refund of VAT – UAH 14.6 billion
• Excise Tax – UAH 15.6 billion
• Rent – UAH 6.1 billion
• Other Revenues – UAH 5.0 billion

In recent months, the State Tax Service of Ukraine has been demonstrating good results in tax collection, exceeding planned indicators. Only in August did it manage to collect UAH 131.8 billion. This indicates positive trends in the country's economy and the responsible attitude of citizens and enterprises towards tax payments.
