Assistance up to 42 thousand UAH - in which regions grants are available.

The representation of the 'Estonian Council for Refugees in Ukraine' (ERC Ukraine) is launching the 'Emergency Livelihood Support Program', which provides grant support of up to 42 thousand UAH for economic activities.

This was reported by the organization's press service on Facebook.

The organization has opened applications for the new program in Poltava, Kirovohrad, and Cherkasy regions. The program is targeted at communities affected by the war, especially internally displaced persons.

Possible types of economic activities to receive financial assistance include:

• animal husbandry, poultry farming;
• dairy production;
• vegetable growing, horticulture;
• beekeeping;
• food production.

Depending on the type of activity, grants ranging from 29 to 42 thousand UAH can be obtained. For instance:

• for poultry farming - 30 thousand UAH;
• for cattle breeding - 42 thousand UAH;
• for pig farming - 31 thousand UAH;
• for other types of animal husbandry and agriculture - 29 thousand UAH;
• for food production - 42 thousand UAH;
• for service provision - 42 thousand UAH.

To participate in the program, you need to submit an online application by August 1, 2025, and provide the necessary documents.

Earlier, applications for cash compensation for the purchase of solid fuel were accepted in Donetsk region, and the UNHCR provides financial assistance in Dnipropetrovsk region.
