Exit of youth aged 18-22 abroad

According to inkorr.com: Andriy Demchenko, spokesperson for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, spoke about the departure of Ukrainians aged 18-22. He noted that border guards do not record a mass departure of young men in this age category after the border was opened.

Changes that came into effect in August did not lead to a significant increase in youth departures, Demchenko added. Although young people cross the border both towards exit and returning back, this does not constitute a substantial part of the overall passenger flow.

'Therefore, I will not provide numbers. But this category of individuals does not cause a mass influx in passenger flows,' emphasized the representative of the SBGS.

Thus, the opening of the border for youth aged 18-22 did not lead to significant changes in the statistics of departures abroad. Youth continues to cross the border, but in small volumes.

This information adds clarity to the situation with youth departures from Ukraine. In the context of the existing changes regarding border crossing, it is important to regularly monitor trends and statistics, as this may influence further decisions of government agencies. The situation remains under control, and border guards continue to analyze passenger flows.
