According to The Sun: Eddie Hall, the well-known strength athlete, plans to hold a match that 'the world never believed would happen.' He challenged MMA star Dillon Danis to a sensational fight.

Hall, who is 37 years old, made many promises in his address to Danis on Instagram. He stated that he would 'knock him out' in front of 'the whole world.'

“The world's strongest man against the most talked-about name in MMA. A clash that the world never believed would happen. The biggest fight in history, set to break every record. Dillon Danis, you are a fraud hiding behind the noise, and when millions see me dominate you, the whole world will see you were never real.”

Hall also noted that the fight agreement is already in place. However, for it to happen, he must lose 64 pounds.

He informed talkSPORT: “He said I need to lose weight, he wanted me below 400 pounds, which I have already achieved. So I said: ‘I will get myself below 300 pounds.’ I intend to lose 64 pounds.”

“Give me 12 weeks, and I will lose the weight. I am a committed man. If he signs that contract – well, we have already agreed – so if he backs out, it will be an absolute f***ing [insult], and I will never forgive him for that. But yes, just give me 12 weeks, I will lose 64 pounds, and I will be ready to fight at 299 [pounds].”

Hall assures that the fight will happen under traditional MMA rules under the auspices of Misfits. He stated:

[I am going] into Dillon's world because, as we just saw, you can be the best striker on the planet, but once jiu-jitsu techniques come into play, it is game over. I know jiu-jitsu – not as well as he does – but I have plenty of strength to back it up, and that is the difference.

Eddie Hall is no stranger to the fighting world, as he has previously had exhibition matches with Hafthor Bjornsson and the Nefji brothers. He recently lost his world record in the deadlift to Bjornsson.
