In Ukraine, a Unified Register of Military Personnel is being created: what will change

According to inkorr.com: In Ukraine, the implementation of law No. 3632-IX has begun, which provides for the creation of a Unified State Register of Military Personnel. As reported by the publication 'Legal Advisor', the new system is planned to be fully launched by the end of 2025.

The register will be integrated with various state databases, including the State Register of Civil Status Acts, the State Migration Service system, data from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Tax Service, and the Pension Fund.

Importance of Military Accounting

The General Staff explains that the creation of a unified register is a key step in streamlining the military accounting system. 'Previously, many men either did not register at all or did not update their data. The new register will allow for a more accurate determination of who is subject to mobilization and who is not,' emphasized the agency.

The Ministry of Defense also emphasized that automatic mobilization is not planned. However, citizens who do not update their data in the system may be held administratively responsible, including facing fines and possible investigations.

It is also noted that even those who are wanted by the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center will not be able to avoid mobilization – this is an important condition.

Therefore, the creation of the Unified State Register of Military Personnel aims to gather data from various state services to improve the identification of conscripts. In case of failure to fulfill the obligation to update data, citizens face administrative responsibility, including fines. And those who are wanted will not be able to avoid mobilization.
