According to The Sun: AFC Wimbledon player Osman Foyo has received a five-month ban due to 252 violations of betting rules. He admitted his guilt and paid a fine of £1,000.

The first month of the ban will start immediately and end on November 2.
“An independent regulatory commission imposed sanctions on Osman Foyo for violating FA betting rules,”- stated the Football Association.
The document states:
“The player breached FA rule E8 252 times, placing bets on football matches between October 29, 2023, and March 28, 2025, and Osman Foyo has confirmed the allegations.”
Foyo will miss the League One match against Blackpool, as well as games against Port Vale, Plymouth, and Burton Albion. He will also miss the London Senior Cup match against Cray Wanderers on October 7.
Greig CowieFoyo celebrated his birthday and only signed a contract with the Ipswich club in January this year. He has already played eight matches for Wimbledon across all competitions but has yet to score a goal.
