According to inkorr.com: On October 29, Prosecutor General Andriy Kravchenko announced suspicions against former Odesa mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov in the case of the death of nine individuals during the tragic events that occurred on September 30. 'On September 30, nine people died in Odesa. The blame lies not with a natural disaster but with the official negligence of officials,' Kravchenko wrote on social media. He emphasized: 'This is not about carelessness; this is about criminal negligence that led to the deaths of people.'
