The Ukrainian President's Office plans to propose a plan for victory to Russia at the second Summit of Peace

The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, stated that Russian representatives could be present at the second Summit of Peace initiated by Ukraine.

According to him, they might be presented with Ukraine's victory plan during this event, reports Suspilne.

"Regarding the possible participation of Russian representatives, our position remains unchanged – when the plan is ready. And at the second Summit, we do not rule out the possibility of the presence of Russian representatives, who might be presented with this plan," Yermak said on the air during the television marathon 'Unified News'.

Earlier, Yermak reported that Ukrainians would be presented with a plan for victory for familiarization, initiated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, but not in full, as some details of the document are "classified".

Zelenskyy presented the victory plan during a visit to the USA to both presidential candidates – Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, as well as to the US Congress and incumbent President Joe Biden. According to the Japanese agency Kyodo News, the plan includes a detailed list of necessary military resources and a request to allow attacking Russian territory with long-range missiles.

After the first Summit of Peace, which took place on June 15-16, 2024 in Switzerland, 94 countries and organizations joined the joint communiqué, which concerns three of the ten points of the Ukrainian peace formula.
