According to inkorr.com: European countries together with Ukraine are intensifying negotiations on a 12-point plan aimed at ending the war unleashed by Russia in eastern Ukraine. At the same time, Kyiv will not concede to Vladimir Putin's demands for capitulation. This was reported by Bloomberg, citing reliable sources.
According to the plan, after the conclusion of peace negotiations with Russia, the return of children and a prisoner exchange are planned. Ukraine is guaranteed security measures, financial support for the recovery of affected regions, and prospects for joining the European Union.
