The EU invests 3.5 million euros in the labor market of Ukraine: what will change.
According to inkorr.com: The European Union is investing 3.5 million euros in a project dedicated to employment in Ukraine, which is being implemented by the International Labour Organization. The funding agreement was signed by the EU ambassador to Ukraine, Kateryna Matijnych, and the director of the International Labour Organization in Ukraine, Aida Lindmeyer.
Reforms in the labor market of Ukraine
This initiative aims to carry out reforms in the field of employment in Ukraine. Among the main measures are amendments to the Labour Code to bring it in line with European Union standards and international norms. It is also planned to activate the work of the National Tripartite Social and Economic Council, develop a new National Employment Strategy, and ensure that Ukrainian legislation meets European labor standards.
