EBA reports issues with booking employees of critical enterprises.

The number of inquiries from companies that cannot reconfirm their critical status to extend employee bookings has increased, reports the European Business Association (EBA). Decisions on these requests are delayed in the relevant authorities, according to the association. The issue is becoming systemic due to the audit of critical enterprises initiated by the government because of the increase in the number of people exempted from mobilization.

EBA claims that companies face a problem in workforce planning as bookings are not yet accepted, and the booking of critical employees has been put on hold. Therefore, the association calls for the creation of a stable, predictable, transparent, and efficient mechanism for booking critical employees.

According to EBA's survey data, 86% of member companies have employees from the Armed Forces. In half of the surveyed companies, the number of mobilized personnel accounts for up to 10% of the total number of military obligated. In 46% of companies, among the mobilized or volunteers, there are specialists critical to the operation of enterprises.

An audit of critical enterprises has been conducted

The Page reports that the government has suspended some provisions regarding the identification of critical enterprises until November 15. An audit of the decisions on identifying such enterprises is planned, and the results will be analyzed by the Ministry of Economy by November 20.
