According to social worker Fransisca Karalaina Barbossa Cavalcante, on July 20, Luiz ordered a bodyguard to lock her in a hotel room, where she allegedly was shown photos of her family while threats were made against them.

Cavalcante's lawyer published details of the complaint on September 17, with the statement being registered on September 16. Cavalcante, who is from Fortaleza, Brazil, reported that she was threatened with death, showing photographs of her son, father, mother, brother, and nephews.
“He has no personal security, both today and during his previous stints in Fortaleza and with teams in England, France, and Rio de Janeiro,” the press service of David Luiz assures.
These accusations have become a new stage in the fierce legal battle between the parties. In August, Cavalcante also previously filed a report about threats after a conflict that arose due to her refusal to participate in a trio.

Screenshots sent by Luiz became part of the complaint, where one of the messages warned about his “money and power.” Another message allegedly threatened her son, claiming he could “pay for the consequences.” A third message stated: “I can just make you disappear.”
