According to UATV: Finnish authorities have wrapped up their investigation into an incident that occurred on May 27, confirming that a Russian military transport plane violated the country’s airspace. The aircraft, an Ilyushin IL-18 operated by the Russian Aerospace Forces, was en route from Russia to the Kaliningrad region at the time.
According to the investigation’s findings, the jet briefly crossed into Finnish airspace over the sea near the Hanko Peninsula, remaining there for roughly two minutes.
