Finland has introduced new restrictions for Russians. Now, citizens of Russia, even those who own property in Finland, must have a basis for personal stay in the country. This applies not only to Finland but to the entire Schengen zone as well.
You can find a job abroad on the website .
This means that Russians can enter Finland, but cannot use the country as a transit zone for further trips. Even owning property in Finland does not change the situation. Students from Russia who officially study in Finland can complete their education. However, after graduation, they will likely have to leave the country.
