Earick is ready to lay out £3.3 billion to purchase the club from ENIC owners and the Lewis family.

Additionally, the new owners are prepared to invest another £1.2 billion into the 'players' budget'. This will include salaries, agent fees, and other expenses that will be available to coach Thomas Frank when the January transfer window opens.

The total amount exceeds the previous record of £4.25 billion paid by a group led by Todd Boehly in the 2022 purchase of 'Chelsea'.

Earick, 41, assembled a consortium of investors from the NFL and NBA to support his ambitions for club development.

His 'Tottenham 3.0' plan involves significant investments in the team, with the aim of turning the 'Spurs' into true winners.

He has also proposed a deal to sell naming rights to the stadium for £250 million, which has been a challenging issue for Daniel Levy over the past six years.

“Brooklyn and his team believe that everything is already in place at 'Tottenham'.

“The Spurs have a world-class stadium and an excellent training facility, the infrastructure is already ready.

“With the investments they are ready to make, this will be the final step to transforming the club into winners on the field.”

It is known that Earick began negotiations with the club's management, including former chairman Daniel Levy, several months ago.

These negotiations have intensified in recent weeks following Levy's resignation, as football experts believe he was obstructing the sale due to a desire to stay in office even under agreement conditions.

Following his exit, ENIC and the Lewis family, whose representatives have appeared in the director's box, stated that THEY do not plan to sell, but rather want to achieve success under their own leadership.

However, the initial offer exceeds the club's valuation, which stands at £2.6 billion according to Forbes magazine, by 27%.

It is worth noting that Tottenham's listings on the stock market mean that any change in ownership will require approval under the Tender Panel rules with strict adherence to deadlines.

“I performed at shows all over the USA, Canada, the Caribbean, and Europe — from Los Angeles to New York, London, and Ibiza.”
