According to Espreso.tv: Speaking at the Black Sea Security Forum held in Odesa, retired Lieutenant General Keith Kellogg expressed his desire to stand with the Ukrainian people and revealed plans to visit Kyiv at the end of the summer. He stated:
“I intend to be in Kyiv at the end of the summer and hope we can meet.” — Keith Kellogg
During the forum, Kellogg also thanked Ukrainian citizens for their efforts and continued support of the partnership with the United States. He further remarked:
“NATO may need to be replaced,” adding that “the organization has shown itself to be cowardly and ineffective during the conflict with Iran.” — Keith Kellogg
These comments highlight the critical role of international backing for Ukraine as it faces contemporary challenges.
