Ukraine’s General Staff Reports 1,350 Russian Troops Killed in a Day, Names Key Battle Zones.

According to Espreso.tv: The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported intense combat and heavy losses for Russian forces. In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk sectors, four engagements took place, with the enemy launching airstrikes on Vorozhba, Pyharivka, and Vilna Sloboda in Sumy region. On the South-Slobozhanskyi front, Russian troops attempted five assaults near Starytsia, Lyman, Vovchansk, and Okhrimivka.
Ukrainian defenders repelled three enemy attacks in the Kupiansk sector around Novoplatonivka, Pishchane, and Kupiansk. In the Lyman direction, ten enemy attempts to advance were thwarted. In the Sloviansk area, Ukrainian forces stopped eight assaults, while in the Kramatorsk sector, one attack was halted near Chasiv Yar. The Kostiantynivka front saw 17 enemy attacks, and the Pokrovsk sector witnessed 46 assault actions, all of which were stopped by Ukrainian troops. In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy launched ten attacks, and the Huliaipole sector recorded 28 assaults. On the Orikhiv front, Russian forces tried three times to break through defenses, and in the Prydniprovia sector, two clashes were reported.
Casualties and Material Losses
No signs of enemy offensive groupings were detected in the Volyn and Polissia directions. Meanwhile, the adversary carried out 93 airstrikes using 269 guided bombs, deployed 9,928 kamikaze drones, and conducted 3,204 artillery bombardments. Russian troop losses over the past day amounted to 1,350 personnel. From the start of the full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, to June 7, 2026, total combat losses for Russian forces are estimated at approximately 1,373,620 people.
