The enemy continues offensive actions, Ukraine responds harshly

Since the beginning of the day, Russian occupiers have continued active offensive actions, focusing efforts on the Pokrovsk and Kurakhiv directions. Ukrainian defense forces respond to any enemy activity.

According to the General Staff, there have been 99 combat clashes. Enemy aviation shelled the Kharkiv region, launching 18 guided aerial bombs on the areas of settlements.

In the Kharkiv direction, the occupiers attempted to assault the positions of Ukrainian troops in the areas of Hlybok and Vovchansk but suffered losses and retreated. In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of Ukrainian units near Stelmakhivka and Pishchane, and also bombarded the areas of Kupiansk and Petropavlivka.

The Lyman direction experienced eight attacks near Nevske, Makiivka, and Terny. The Siversk direction was also subjected to attacks near Ivano-Daryivka, Spirne, and Pereizne. The Kramatorsk direction experienced four assaults near Chasiv Yar, Dubovo-Vasylivka, Klishchiivka, and Hryhorivka.

The most battles took place in the Pokrovsk direction, where the occupiers made 36 attempts to break through the defense of Ukrainian defenders. The most active fighting was near Prohress, Novooleksandrivka, Tymofiivka, and Zhelanne. In the Kurakhiv direction, 17 attacks by the occupation army were stopped.

In the Vremiv direction, an enemy assault near Velyka Novosilka was repelled, and in the Orikhiv direction, the invaders could not advance near Mala Tokmachka after three unsuccessful attempts. In the Prydniprovsk direction, the enemy did not conduct active offensive actions, but bombarded the areas of settlements.
