According to inkorr.com: Richard Moore, the head of British intelligence MI6, noted that the Kremlin has no intention of conducting peace negotiations with Ukraine. He emphasized that Russian President Vladimir Putin is not interested in compromises and seeks the complete capitulation of Kyiv.
I see no evidence that he is interested in peace through negotiations, - stressed the head of MI6. Moore also stated that Putin misjudged the situation by starting the war, as he overestimated the Ukrainians' ability to withstand aggression.
