Acted's 2026 Cash Assistance Program
According to Novyny.live: Starting in 2026, the French humanitarian organization Acted will roll out cash assistance for socially vulnerable residents living in high-risk areas across several Ukrainian regions. This initiative aims to support individuals facing daily hardships due to the challenging conditions in these zones.
Where Assistance Is Available
Eligibility is limited to residents of the following areas:
- Donetsk Oblast – several communities within the Kramatorsk district.
- Dnipropetrovsk Oblast – the Bohynivka community in the Synelnykove district.
- Chernihiv Oblast – a number of communities in the Koriukivka district.
- Sumy Oblast – residents of the Shostka district, including the Shostka community, as well as the villages of Myronivka, Shkyrmanivka, Krupets, and Ivot.
- Kharkiv Oblast – the Chuhuiv district, where residents of the Prolisne community and the villages of Prolisne, Doslidne, Havrylivka, and Mykolaivka can apply.
- Kherson Oblast – the Beryslav district, specifically the Kalynivka community, along with the settlements of Blahodativka, Kalynivske, Bobrovyi Kut, Kokhanivka, Mala Seidemynukha, Novohrednyeve, Novopoltavka, Zapovit, and Zelenyi Hai.
- Mykolaiv Oblast – the Mykolaiv district, where support is available for residents of the Vesnianska and Halytsynivka communities.
