In memory of the tragic missile strike on the National Children's Specialized Hospital 'Okhmatdyt' in Kyiv, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine named the person responsible for this attack - Major of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Denis Oleksiyovych Shynov.
According to information from GUR, Shynov was responsible for the planning and execution of the terrorist attack, which led to destruction and loss of life in the hospital. He was born on January 30, 1978, has military education and awards for participation in military actions, including in Syria.
