GUR destroyed two Russian fighters at the airfield near Lipetsk: damages up to $100 million.

According to ТСН: On the night of December 21, two Russian fighter jets, Su-30 and Su-27, were destroyed at the airfield near Lipetsk. The operation by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine was carried out by the resistance movement, inflicting losses on the enemy totaling up to $100 million.

According to information from GUR, a fire occurred at the Russian military airfield near Lipetsk, as a result of which these two aircraft were burned.

"As a result of the operation by the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, directly implemented by a representative of the resistance movement against the criminal Russian regime, both military aircraft of the aggressor have been rendered inoperable."

The Su-27 and Su-30 with tail numbers '12' and '82' were destroyed thanks to careful preparation, composure, and professionalism. The special operation at the airfield was planned over two weeks.

Thanks to a detailed analysis of security schedules and patrol routes, it was possible to infiltrate the airfield unnoticed, strike the enemy aircraft directly in the hangars, and successfully return after completing the mission.

The estimated cost of these two fighters may amount to up to $100 million.

Additionally, recently, long-range drones from the Security Service of Ukraine attacked the 'Belbek' airfield in Crimea for the second time in a few days, destroying two Su-27 fighters worth about $70 million. One of the aircraft exploded with a full load of ammunition on the taxiway before takeoff. The control tower was also hit, paralyzing the enemy's flight control.

Thus, the successful operations of Ukrainian forces against Russian military targets demonstrate the increasing effectiveness of the conducted attacks. They not only inflict significant financial losses on the aggressor but also undermine its combat capability, which could have serious consequences for the future development of the conflict.
