According to Novyny.live: Residents of Kharkiv and the surrounding region should prepare for planned power and gas outages over the coming days as utility crews carry out maintenance work. On July 4 and 5, 2023, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, select buildings in the Osnovyansky and Slobidsky districts will lose electricity.

In the Osnovyansky district, the power cut will affect properties on the following streets:

• Lysavetynska
• Zalyvna
• Molochna

On Lysavetynska Street, the following buildings will be without electricity:

• 1, 1B, 3, 3A, 3B, 3V, 5, 5A, 5V, 7, 7A, 7B, 7V, 7D

On Zalyvna Street, the shutdown will impact these buildings:

• 2, 4, 6, 8A, 10, 12

And on Molochna Street, the outage applies to building:

• 56

Additionally, on July 8, 2023, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, gas service will be suspended in the settlements of Zernove, Elitne, and the village of Blahodatne.
