The next Ryder Cup will take place at Adare Manor in Limerick and coincides with the centenary of this tournament, which first took place in Massachusetts in 1927.

Nearly 200 years old, the manor has changed owners several times and was recently recognized as one of the “Leading Hotels of Ireland” from 2010 to 2012.

Adare Manor was initially set to host the Ryder Cup in 2020, but due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it was postponed. It is now scheduled for September 17-19 next year.

Those arriving may recognize the Manor from the 1977 comedy “The Last Remake of Beau Geste” or from the “The X Factor” show in 2010 when it was used as the judges' house.

Despite all preparations for the Ryder Cup, the course will reopen on May 26, 2026, and will operate until October 18, before closing for the winter.
