Luke Littler fails driving theory test for the sixth time: why is this so difficult for a champion.
According to The Sun: LUKE LITTLER expressed his frustration over another failure in the driving knowledge test, which is very disappointing for him.
Despite being the best darts player in the world, he is not yet ready to drive independently.
Littler is the World Champion and has a car ready to go when he finally passes his driving test. SHUTTERSTOCK The 18-year-old described his latest attempt as 'bad', sharing the results of his fifth test (in the photo) during the summer. Instagram @lukethenukelittlerSince turning 18 last January, he dreams of the freedom of driving to competitions and meeting friends.
However, the driving knowledge test has proven to be a real challenge for him – he has already made SIX unsuccessful attempts.
After winning the World Matchplay in Blackpool in July, Littler shared the results of his fifth test on Instagram.
In the multiple-choice section he scored 41 out of 50 – he needed 43 to pass – and in the hazard perception part, he only got 44 out of 75, which was not enough.
He made mistakes on questions about hazard perception, caution, safety rules, and road signs.
Becoming the youngest world champion in January, when he defeated Michael van Gerwen 7-3 in the final, he earned £500,000 for his achievements at Ally Pally.
The next day he was asked what car he would spend his winnings on.
Other young people might dream of luxury Ferraris or Lamborghinis, but he admitted he wanted the cheapest Mercedes-Benz A Class at around £30,000.
Test troubles
On Wednesday, speaking at the Target Darts event in Manchester, he was asked about his driving plans and progress in that area.

“No, it hasn’t worked yet. I recently took the test, but I didn’t post it on Instagram. Oh, it was a bad attempt. It was a bad attempt. I’ll keep it short.”
When asked what specifically he is struggling with, he replied:
“With the hazard perception test. Is it preventing me from taking the practical? Yes. I’m trying. I just want to pass the test. I just want to pass.”
“As I recently showed on Instagram, I have a car – and it’s not a Mercedes – waiting for me.”

Littler's efforts to pass the driving knowledge test continue to attract attention. While his achievements in darts are impressive, the driving experience highlights that not all challenges are easy, even for world-class talents. Littler hopes to eventually overcome these challenges and enjoy the freedom that driving brings.
