Bellingham played his first minutes of the season on Saturday, coming on as a substitute in Real's match against Espanyol (2-0).
The 22-year-old midfielder underwent shoulder surgery in July after playing through pain since November 2023.
This injury led to a lengthy absence, but Jude has shown a serious scar as proof of his efforts.
According to AS, during the game, Real has strengthened his muscles to protect his shoulder and prevent further injuries.
The changes became noticeable during his photoshoot with Kim Kardashian's SKIMS brand, where he even posed with the reality star.
Now the club hopes that Bellingham will be leaner and ready for Xabi Alonso's fast-paced style of play.
They hope that Jude's new appearance will enable him to return to the form for which the club paid £113 million during his transfer from Borussia Dortmund in 2023.
In his debut season, Bellingham scored 23 goals and provided 13 assists.
Last season, these numbers decreased to 15 in each, but he aims for more.
After his return on Saturday, Jude wrote:
“I missed this and you all so much.”
“It feels really nice to receive such support from you in the stadium today; it means a lot to me. Now I look forward to more. Hala Madrid!”
The summer surgery in London was a great relief after months of battling with injury.
He dislocated his shoulder during a La Liga match against Rayo Vallecano in November 2023, yet continued playing.
Bellingham participated in all six of the club's matches at the World Cup this summer, scoring one goal and providing an assist, but it was time for full recovery.
After the surgery, he thanked the medical team and fans on Instagram, noting:
“The process of returning has already begun; see you soon.”
There were concerns that he might not make it back by November, making his early return a significant positive.
If all goes according to plan, Bellingham could participate in the grand Madrid derby against Atletico at the end of this month and play against Liverpool at Anfield in the Champions League on November 4.
