Despite rumors of a possible return to coaching, 58-year-old Klopp remains off the bench following his unexpected departure.

Last year he became the global football director at Red Bull, overseeing projects at clubs including RB Leipzig and RB Salzburg.

Klopp enjoys his new life

In an interview with The Athletic, Klopp emphasized that his decision to change career paths was a deliberate one. He noted that he does not feel a lack of coaching at 'Liverpool' and enjoys ordinary life with his family.

“Not really. I was very pleased with the performances of 'Liverpool'. I watched a few games. But not in a way that I am waiting for Saturday.”

“I didn’t know when the games started. I just checked out. I was exercising, we enjoyed life, spending time with the grandchildren, doing ordinary things, knowing that soon I would be working again.”

Klopp denied rumors about a possible appointment as coach at a new Saudi Pro League team after Laurent Blanc's departure from Al-Ittihad.

“That’s what I think, but you never know. I am 58. If I restart my career at 65, everyone will say: 'But you said you wouldn't do this anymore!'”

Following his departure, 'Liverpool' continues to achieve success, winning the Premier League title last season under new coach Arne Slot. The team currently leads the table, two points ahead of 'Arsenal'.

Klopp is clearly pleased with the new phase of his life, but his departure from 'Liverpool' not only changed his career but also the fate of the team. 'Liverpool' continues to show excellent results under the leadership of the new coach, indicating the resilience and ongoing development of the club.
