Kellogg revealed how Trump wants to achieve a complete ceasefire in Ukraine.
The U.S. Special Representative for Russia and Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, stated that the United States aims for a complete ceasefire in the Russian-Ukrainian war. He emphasized that the Trump administration wants to achieve a comprehensive 30-day ceasefire. Kellogg believes that after such an agreement is reached, it will be difficult to restart the war. He also noted that President Trump is focused on this goal and knows both leaders and has a 'written agreement'.
Kellogg believes that to achieve peace, both sides must compromise and engage in some marginalization to find a solution. He also expressed the opinion that Russia seeks to return to 'global relations' with other countries, and the Russian-Ukrainian war 'has already dragged on'. Kellogg urged Russians to realize that President Trump is the only one who can make this agreement. He also highlighted the importance of mineral extraction agreements for the U.S. and Ukraine, as the U.S. has invested significant funds in Ukraine's defense and seeks to recoup those investments. He noted that such an agreement is constitutionally protected by Ukraine and that this process has started and will continue.
