US President Donald Trump's special representative Keith Kellogg outlined a plan for Ukraine's recovery that goes beyond merely restoring infrastructure. Speaking at the Rome Conference and broadcasting his speech on DRM News, he noted that the immense task of rebuilding Ukraine impacts all of Europe and involves addressing socio-economic issues. During his speech, Keith Kellogg emphasized that Ukraine's recovery involves not only restoring physical structures but also returning refugees, children, integrating veterans into society, and demining to ensure overall safety. He also stated that economic investments in Ukraine depend on a stable situation at the front, making US diplomatic efforts aimed at achieving a peaceful resolution to the conflict with Russia. He also believes that a ceasefire in Ukraine is possible, especially with the support of the international community.
