Changes in mobile operators' tariffs in Ukraine
In October, Ukrainian mobile subscribers are expecting innovations from leading operators. 'Kyivstar' announced an increase in prices for some tariff plans, explaining this by the rise in costs for electricity, fuel, and other factors.
