Sberbank has reminded clients about the procedures in case of fraudulent withdrawals from their accounts. The bank advised to contact law enforcement in such situations, but promised to provide additional information.One of the victims reported that she lost money due to fraudsters, but no one was able to help with this problem. A bank representative explained that fraudsters may use clients' confidential information to withdraw money and urged clients to avoid providing such information. It was also emphasized that clients should not enter confidential data into chatbots or on fake websites, as this could lead to a loss of funds.In the case of fraudulent withdrawals, Sberbank clients are advised to contact the police or cyber police and provide all necessary information for investigation. The bank promised to assist in conducting the investigation and to provide necessary information upon law enforcement's request.
