Customers of Oschadbank urged to replace old cards - what are the conditions.
In July 2025, some payment cards at 'Oschadbank' were annulled. To receive a new card, customers must personally visit a bank branch.
Who had old cards annulled at Oschadbank
Customers whose old cards have expired can order a new card by contacting the bank. Oschadbank explained that due to the introduction of martial law, some cards were annulled, while others had their validity extended until the end of 2025.
The following cards were closed:
- if the expiration date ended between February 2022 - March 2025 and at least one operation was performed using the card at cash desks, ATMs, or terminals of a Ukrainian bank in January-February of this year (inclusive);
- the expiration date expired in February 2022 - March 2025 and there are no funds in the account, and no operations were performed with the card in the last six months.
Conditions for replacing old cards
Customers can order a new card completely free of charge if up to six units have been issued within a year. To receive a new card, you must have your passport and the old card with you.

It was previously reported that Oschadbank blocks cards due to financial monitoring to prevent illegal financial transactions by customers. A fee is also provided for attempting to withdraw an insufficient amount from the account.
In July 2025, 'Oschadbank' annulled part of the old payment cards, and customers were offered to replace them with new ones for free. To obtain a new card, you need to contact the bank branch with your passport and old card.
