According to Bloomberg, North Korea plans to send up to 100,000 troops to support Russia if the alliance between these countries strengthens further. Military support will be provided in batches, which will be rotationally based for a certain period of Time.
This information was also confirmed by the Ukrainian ambassador to South Korea - Dmytro Ponomarenko. In his interview, he noted that Kyiv expects that up to 15,000 North Korean troops, who are in Russia for combat actions in the Kursk region, will be replaced every few months.
It is worth noting that earlier North Korea has already sent 50 self-propelled artillery systems and 20 upgraded multiple launch rocket systems to Russia.

The Russian army is preparing for a counteroffensive and to push the Armed Forces of Ukraine out of Russian territory. Estimates of the size of the Russian military group in the Kursk region are not critical, although their exact number is known to analysts.
Currently, Vladimir Putin is trying to take the Kursk region from the Armed Forces of Ukraine before the inauguration of Donald Trump, specifically by January 20.
Thanks to the operation in the Kursk region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine were able to hold many occupiers and withdraw a significant amount of Russian equipment from the territory of Ukraine.
