Kobbie Mainoo may leave Manchester United: key contender named.
Kobbie Mainoo ready to leave Manchester United in January
According to The Sun: KOBBIE MAINOO is preparing to leave Manchester United in January, as the young midfielder intends to make an impressive move to Europe.
The 20-year-old footballer is feeling increasingly frustrated under Ruben Amorim, and according to the Daily Mail, he has already chosen Napoli as his main option if he is allowed to leave the club.
Mainoo looked unhappy during the summer, trying to leave the club ReutersUnited's manager Amorim is reluctant to use Mainoo, despite the team's poor form.

Mainoo tried to go on loan before the summer transfer window closed, but the club did not allow him to do so, believing he plays an important role in the new season.
Since then, he has remained on the bench, having played only three matches as a substitute, with no starts in any tournament.
This lack of playing time has become a serious issue for the player and his agent.
This became evident during the disappointing 3-1 loss to Brentford, when Mainoo, coming on as a substitute in the second half, made a mistake in stoppage time, gifting the third goal to the opponents.
This moment was pivotal, and
he is preparing to request absence again in January, especially if Amorim remains in charge.
Napoli had already shown significant interest in the midfielder during the summer, and the feeling between the parties was mutual.
Mainoo is eager for an opportunity to play abroad, and he likes the project at Napoli.
The Italian team is forming a young, dynamic squad, and Mainoo would be able to join a growing English-speaking core in Naples.

Former teammate Scott McTominay has already become a star in Naples, while forward Rasmus Hojlund, who joined last summer, has found his smile again.
Not only Napoli is watching the situation. Spanish giants Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are also interested and may react if the club agrees to consider selling the player.
Real, in particular, is actively looking for new talents in Europe and sees Mainoo as a potential long-term investment.
His composure, range of passes, and tactical awareness have drawn comparisons with Luka Modric, who left the club last summer.
Atletico, for their part, views Mainoo as a possible replacement for their midfield playmakers and is ready to offer regular playing time – something he currently desperately needs.
United fans are left puzzled as to why Amorim is not utilizing the young star who was one of the brightest players under Erik ten Hag.

The prelude to a change of circumstances for Kobbie Mainoo looks promising. During his time at Manchester United, he is not receiving the necessary playing time, while Napoli could become an ideal place for his development. Clarity in his career may lead to positive changes for both the player and the club.
