According to inkorr.com: Artem Kravets, former advisor to 'Dynamo' president Igor Surkis in the field of youth football development, commented on his departure from the club. He emphasized that he joined the team not for financial gain or glory, but to make changes and help the club.
'I have known 'Dynamo' since I was 14 years old, I know everything and everyone in this club, I understand where and what needs to be changed', - noted Kravets.
The online magazine 'Glavcom' reported that Kravets was actively looking for ways to improve the learning process. After completing a 10-month program from ECA, he pointed out the underestimated potential of Ukrainian football.
'We have a lot of talented children compared to European countries! But their potential is not being used to the fullest!', - he added.
Reasons for Kravets' departure from the club
Kravets said he is willing to discuss 'Dynamo's problems for 'hours or even days', and expressed a desire to talk about it with people he trusts.
'My native team needs to change! I just don't want to work for the sake of it; I wanted to change something!', - he noted.
It is worth mentioning that Artem Kravets worked at the club from 2023 to 2025. Earlier, he made a post on Instagram about his divorce from his wife Anna during the quarantine.
Thus, Artem Kravets explained his departure from 'Dynamo', emphasizing his desire to help the team implement positive changes. He also highlighted the huge potential of talented children in Ukrainian football, which can be further revealed. Kravets hopes for changes in his 'native team' and does not aspire to stay at the club just for the sake of it.
