According to TSN.ua: Ukrainian law enforcement has formally charged senior officials involved in a corruption scheme concerning the construction of protective shelters for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, valued at over 1.4 billion hryvnias. Those charged include the logistics commander of the Air Force Command and the head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in the Zhytomyr region. State funds totaling 1.4 billion UAH were allocated for the assembly of temporary aircraft shelters. The investigation revealed that the officials attempted to bribe military counterintelligence officers with 13.8 million hryvnias. "They have been charged with actions related to the abuse of power and official authority by a military serviceman," stated Ruslan Kravchenko.
